Invitation of Expression of interest for Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.

 

The continued development and expansion of Dunston Business Village, through the development and construction of Barn 7 and Barn 6 for B1 office use, over two and a half stories. Together with the new Bistro, a two story cafe complex.

 

Barns 6&7 will be traditional style brick build barns, but with a steel sub frame to allow for larger office sizes.

We are currently expanding further with additional Log Cabins on a Seperate Project.

 

This will also allow for flexibility of design, allowing to tailor our office delivery specifically for client needs on a case by case basis.

 

The new buildings will be erected at the Existing Dunston Business Village, located just outside of Penkridge, Staffordshire.

 

This is to invite Building Contractors/ Electrical Contractors / Construction Wholesalers etc. to express interest in undertaking works for the above contract.

 

Works are ongoing as of 24th May 2021.

 

Tenders will be offered for the whole range of goods and services related to the above project and may be split into smaller sub-projects.

 

We are looking to secure supply contracts for the duration of this project.
